Roth Hill Engineering Partners, LLC,  is a civil engineering firm of more than 60 professionals working together to meet or surpass client expectations.  John Roth, Jr., PE, established the foundation of the company over 30 years ago and today joins with Gregory G. Hill, PE, to lead the firm.  Our core competency in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying has grown and solidified through the successful completion of more than 10,000 water, sewer, and stormwater projects for a diverse group of public clients. 

In order to better serve our clients, we have expanded our services to include: System Modeling, Permitting Compliance, Planning, Public Education and Information, and Construction Administration.  We have also developed a recognized and growing Government Affairs group that works on behalf of the clients to analyze the impacts of public policy and to influence lawmakers’ decision-making processes.  Finally, we have assisted clients with Financing and U.L.I.D. Formations.  By integrating these experienced specialists into our team approach, Roth Hill is able to rely on in-house services for all aspects of a project, adding recognizable value.
