For the ninth consecutive year, Roth Hill, LLC, has ranked as one of the top engineering firms in the nation to work for, based on the results of the “Best Civil Engineering Firm to Work For” contest, conducted by CE News, a civil engineering publication. Since the contest’s inception in 2001, Roth Hill has made the list every year, staying competitive as the number of submittals continue to increase. One of the highest ranked Washington State firms, Roth Hill placed 17th overall and 7th in the small firm category for 2009, an achievement we are extremely proud of as it reflects the corporate commitment to providing our staff with an outstanding work environment. The 2008 rankings included a special honors award for Best Collaborative Environment.

PSMJ’s Circle of Excellence represents the top 20% of firms participating in
PSMJ’s Financial Performance Survey that achieve the best overall business
performance in the A/E industry. This distinction is awarded based upon a
combination of 11 performance benchmarks that measure business operations
in terms of profitability, growth, cash flow, overhead control, business
development, project performance, and employee satisfaction. As a group,
PSMJ’s 2008 Circle of Excellence firms averaged 21% revenue growth, 27%
profits (as a percentage of net revenues) and less than 10% employee turnover.
Roth Hill has been a recipient of the PSMJ Circle of Excellence since 2007.
